Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add your favourite fragrances to your bag, then go to Checkout, fill in your contact and pickup details, and tap "Place Order via WhatsApp". Your full order is sent to us on WhatsApp where we confirm availability and arrange delivery.
Do I need an account to order?
No account is needed. Your bag and wishlist are saved on your device, and orders are completed over WhatsApp.
Is there a discount for buying more?
Yes — orders of 3 or more items automatically receive a 5% combo discount, shown in your bag and at checkout.
Delivery & Pickup
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Nairobi and to major towns in Kenya. At checkout you choose your pickup area and the nearest pickup point. We confirm the exact delivery option on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
Nairobi orders are typically delivered same-day or next-day. Up-country deliveries are arranged via courier and usually arrive within 1–3 business days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is arranged and quoted on WhatsApp based on your location. Pickup at our agreed points is often free.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, cash on delivery/pickup, and card. Payment details are confirmed with you on WhatsApp once your order is placed.
Is it safe to pay?
Yes. You only pay after we confirm your order and availability. For deliveries we commonly use pay-on-delivery for added peace of mind.
Returns & Authenticity
Are your perfumes authentic?
Absolutely. We source genuine Arabian, designer-inspired, and niche fragrances. If you ever have doubts, reach out and we will gladly verify.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp to start a return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
