Delivery & order help
ASA Scents is an online perfume store in Kenya. We arrange orders on WhatsApp and delivery through Pickup Mtaani or Parcel Grid, subject to service coverage. We do not currently have a walk-in shop.
How to order
- Choose a fragrance and bottle size, then add it to your bag.
- At checkout, enter your contact details and preferred pickup area and point.
- Open WhatsApp and send the prepared order message.
- Wait for us to confirm availability, the delivery fee, timing and payment arrangements before paying.
Pickup or another delivery arrangement?
Checkout includes Pickup Mtaani areas and pickup points. If you prefer Parcel Grid or need another delivery arrangement, message us with your town and the fragrance you want before placing the order. A listed pickup point is a courier collection location, not an ASA Scents shop.
What will delivery cost, and when will it arrive?
The fee and delivery window depend on your destination and courier. Product prices do not include delivery. We confirm the complete amount and expected timing on WhatsApp before you proceed; the website does not provide a live courier quote.
Payment and confirmation
Sending a WhatsApp message starts an order enquiry. It is not a payment or dispatch confirmation. Ask us which payment methods are available for your order and whether payment on pickup or delivery is supported for your destination.
A damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo if your order arrives damaged so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp to start a return.
